The Vault is curated by Nick Engvall, after decades building for brands and businesses with communities and cultures that connects our passions… cars, sneakers, streetwear, collectibles… and the stories that connect us all, now selling the pieces that shaped it, one at a time.
The Vault started as a closet that got out of hand and turned into storage units. Decades of collecting, magazines from Tokyo back rooms, sneakers I could not let go of, model cars still sealed from shops that no longer exist. At some point a collection becomes an archive, and an archive wants to be shared.
I spent my career at the front of sneaker culture, Sole Collector, Eastbay, Complex, Finish Line, StockX, Stadium Goods. I know what a real piece looks like, what a story is worth, and how rarely the two show up together. The Vault is where I put the ones that have both.
